There are a couple RHD cars. I can't find the pics. I dont know if its illegal or not. Most likely cops would say it is and the only counter I can think to it is, Mail delivery vehicles are RHD.

ok im just wondering since you have some experience with hawaii lol, and if there are some on the islands then it shouldnt be illegal, i dont see why it is tho you arent messing with anything but the position of the steering wheel

I hardly saw any cops there, even though I stayed right next to one. I saw lots of people running yellow/red lights, I don't know why there's so much rush, maybe it's just the holiday season...
