Have my doubts too but im sure its a turbo build. First was the price, then the touting of such high hp made to make them more appealing for the price. The ctr/itr combo is actually fairly popular and supposedly the best combo from what i heard.

I'd say try a normal replacement bulb to see if that fixes it. If not flow the writes to see if any issue could be caused
