You should use a full body shot, I don't really care for that pic, and the brick looks like shit. Maybe this one if you crop it a bit

it was actually a straight up shot...just looks 'angled' b/c of the concrete and the slope of the drive. if someone wants to crop the pic everyone is suggesting, that's cool...
