He only likes it because of the Colorado setting.... Lol. But in all seriousness, picture a smaller version of Test Drive Unlimited 2, but more fun with a s*** ton more customization and better scenery.

I got the LCE of horizon. The game is fun and I'm glad I bought it, it's a change of pace from Forza and the tracks.
There are many things they could have done to make it a lot better, but for their first free roam game I think they did a good job, I believe this month a rally dlc is coming out.
I also wish the map was bigger, or with a little more diverse set of roads.

December is the rally pack. Can't wait for that, they're gonna add full on rally cars. I see a Group B showdown going on since the RS200, Ur-Quattro, Delta S4, and 205 T16 are already in it.
