but his setup is still oem right? Dont forget that there could be multiple reasons causing the same code. Not saying this is the situation just keeping that idea on the table as its very true.

You can also have someone look at your spark plugs. Reading it will tell you rich or lean, just not how much precisely.

Lmao. But yeah if you want to reset it just pull the "back-up" and "ecu" fuses under the hood for like 10 seconds.

For checking spark plugs. It's generally the blacker it is the more rich you're running and the whiter it is the more lean you're running. You want it to be a brownish orangy color.

A wideband is highly unnecessary haha.

It's your heater circuit wire.

o2 thing sensor

It's your O2 heater circuit wire that's triggering the CEL. I should have cleared it for you when I was scanning your ecu.

-Z-
the harness is broken patrick just lets it hang so i think the o2 depinned its self. I cleared it like 4 time and it kept coming back on

I need to hook up a wideband and see where I am.
you need a wide band 02 sensor as well

You don't require a wideband unless you have FI.

-Z-
you dont necessarily need one but its good to know, as the narrow bands wont read how lean or how rich you are running but on a stock ecu you shouldnt be running too rich or lean

whatever the f***ing little godamn gauge is that will tell whether or not I am rich/lean
air fuel gauge the one you have is garbage

You will know by the smell of your exhaust. You can get your A/F ratio reading when you dyno your car.

-Z-
not necessarily. I dont run rich when the car is warmed up and it smells like hydrocarbons
