Thanks. Yeah, it was a pain at first when I was trying to press them out. So I did it the ghetto way and torched out the old ones, was much easier this way. If I could do it again though(and probably will) I would use mugen bushings instead of prothane and energy suspension. They are cheap, but aren't really good for what I am using them for.

I got some pics from my June 3rd event that I never posted up. Figured now would be a good time to add them.

Didn't take any at the august event. Still waiting for jdmzipties to release all their photos from that day.

Well it is official. My block will not last much longer. The cause of the issues is that the bore was made too large by the machine shop, so it is toast. That is the cause of all my issues sadly... They successfully destroyed everything that I took in to them to get done(I took it all in to them at once, so don't ask why I kept going back, I didn't). The sad part is, it was all BASIC stuff.

So I will be missing the Dec 22-23 track events. Still plan on going to spectate, but I will not be racing. Unless I hit the lotto. Donations will be accepted lol jk.

Damn dude that sucks. Isn't there anything you can do since they F*****! up your block?

Nah. They wouldn't do anything about the crank. I would have to take them to court. But that would cost just as much if not more than the parts themselves. So either way I get nothing lol.

Other option would be go FnF style and get a bunch of tuners together, roll up and burn it to the ground. Wouldn't get me anything, except satisfaction. But then there is the risk of jail time. Plus I would be burning other peoples parts/cars. So that wouldn't be cool. lol

bro, that's s***ty. It's cool that you're still coming out to show your support though :thumbs up
Oh for sure. Gotta show my love for everyone out there. Plus I plan on doing ride-a-longs with some of the HFFers. So, I should learn quite a bit. It will be productive none-the-less and fun. I will also bring my tools and my portable bbw to help support people if they need it.

Update: Paid for my new short block on Saturday. Should be able to pick it up with in the next 2 weeks. And then install it in my car and tune by the end of the month. Thanks again matt from racelineusa! I owe you bro.

On a side note I have been putting together a list of things I want to do in the future...after I get more seat time of course.

Wish List:

#1 Get my motor fixed! (In progress)

After the motor is solid I want to move on to other things.

Here are my plans so far:

Cobalt xr2 Type R pads
Rotors: Duralast part #45485 off a 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman
Calipers: Type R from rock auto (centric)
Fixed position Race Seats
Roll Bar Autopower 60981
Harnesses/bar
ITR Tranny
ASR Subframe Brace and 24mm rear sway bar combo
PLM Toda replica header
catback exhaust (KTellar)
Koni SPSS3
Eibach Ground Control Springs 650f/600r
Ground Control Top Hats
15x8 Racing rims - (Either 949 racing or PF01)
GT Wing
Splitter
Fender Braces
Rear Strut braces
Corner Balance

Tell me what you guys think. The list is in no particular order.

(And I made a deal with myself not to do any more mods until I hit 2:10 at bw13. So these mods are a ways away. I just want to have a list planned out as best as I can.)

No problem bro! I can pretty much supply you with all of the above, minus the PLM header. :thumbs up

Thanks man. This short block I bought should be interesting. Can't wait to get it in and dyno. Still debating if I want to open it up and install my ARP main studs. Or just install it with the OEM main bolts.
