All the thermostat does is aid in initial warming of the engine. ive run open thermostats on a couple cars with no problems. the radiator, fans and the water pump have the job of circulating the coolant and keeping it cool during operation... No decision on the portland chapter?? dlo,boosted,skids???

And if dude gets back to me Ill see what the interest is really like for a Portland chapter, I give the OK on that.

Yeah, the thermostat just mainly helps the car warm up faster. I was drivin it all around yesterday, with no tstat and the highest i saw was barely over 160. At an idle after driving for like 20 min lol. No tstat wont hurt anything. Uness you start to overheat, THEN there is problems.

im ok with it i just wonder if their all the way in portland how will we all be able to come together because i know some people wont want to cruise or meet with the crew. im down for it just wanna know everybody will be able to come together and not just say im apart of this but not participate in crew activities. and where do u live i looked at ur pics and those apts look like i been thier and ive seen u around i think i know u but not sure.

i live in washington! im in vancouver! but i do everything in portland :(

I wish there was a portland crew here.. well im not too sure because i just moved here not to long ago and havent really explored to find one..

my interior is black leather. i lived in steilacoom in the windermere apts but now im in germany. for another year and a half, then ill be back in the states. just let me know what pieces u need. ill be there the 15th but i need about a week to have the car ready. so much s*** to put on its ridiculous.

yeah ive been around. i dont emember you but ive meet so many people man.meet ups at the krispy kreme, and kent. im good with faces, so im sure when we meet up in dec ill recognize you. theres like 6 or 7 dudes around that area or seattle with black integras like ours.dont remember any of them being boosted though. im gonna go boosted but it wont be till summer. i was going to try all motor to begin with.ive been looking at GO AUTO WORKS turbo kits for awhile now. good price with quality parts. but i might just piece one togeather. i wanna hit the 300 mark and ill be happy for awhile. i really need to work on the outside and interior. plus build my motor too. so who knows what im gonna be doing next.

Shit just get with the crew and come up this way. If we start gettin more people down south then some meets can be down that way.

I'm Tryna make this cruise. Just don't know if I'll be. Broken in by then. I'm sure gonna try tho haha.
