It's your car, so really you can do whatever you want, but if this was MY car, here's what i would do:
- OEM (USDM or JDM) front including front lip, preferably JDM
- Remove the rear lip (your rear bumper is already OEM)
- OEM 98-01 all-red Taillights
- smaller wheels, 15"-16"
then start the build on your motor
- Intake, Header, Exhaust EDIT: nvm, you already have I/H/E
ask the question, do I want "NA or boost?" then research deeper into how to achieve your power goals based on your decision

that rear lip is different...and likable, i'd leave it, you dont see that lip around, just need skirts and a front lip/kit that's just as nice and bold (not aggressive)
