I wasted hours trying to take the cunt of bolt off. fronts were easy and back is theoretically easy but then I was introduced to a cunt normally referred to as a bolt. So now i have to wait until tomorrow to cut them off. That means i have to go and buy a fucking saw and drill to then drill the bolt of of the bushing. If i'm lucky, I might have to buy new bushing too!!!

^^^Try wd-40. Also try taking some stress off of the bolt by lifting the bottom of the lca slightly with something like the stock jack (small one in the trunk). If neither of these work your next option is probably to cut it as you mentioned. Goodluck

Like they said, soak it with liquid wrench or WD-40. You can try tapping on it lightly(and I stress lightly) with a hammer to try to loosen up some of the dirt/rust and allow the liquid to soak in more.

This may also be a stupid question, but did you try using a breaker bar? Or are you just using a normal size ratchet/wrench?

All good posts.

Try everything possible before you cut. Yes cutting is a option but a option you want to avoid as much as possible.......trust me.

Be patient and try to work with the bolt ( like the one forum member said ( take stress off of it by supporting it with a jack or with your other arm)), it may sound dumb but he speaks the truth. You would be amazed how much it helps on old bolts when you give them some support.

Thanks for input. I think it seized, Acura said that is common for those bolts to do due to the grooves on them. I did use Pbblaster but didn't let it soak it. I used a corded impact gun and it still wouldn't come off...tried breaker bar too. I will try DW-40 later this evening.

Did exactly that along with the WD-40. The POS came out. Now just waiting on new bolts to arrive tomorrow. Thanks for all of the inputs.
