It seems like he's serving time for violating his probation. I'm sure intentionally driving with someone else's plates is a violation of the probation.

Well when. He got locked. Up about 3 years ago his not so smart self took the first deal they gave him... which was 3 years probation ... now since he was still on probation he is going to do time vs being released with fines, which ina sense. Is a good thing. He'll get out with no probation, no fines, no work release. I just spoke to the attorney and she thinks he might get kicked out early anyway ... idk how all that crap Goes. I've NEVER been in trouble.

Ur absolutely right, and violation requires an automatic 30 days... which he just got done
Serving... that's y I don't understand the extra time... idk how all that goes so I hired an attorney and she's convinced that this is the best way to go thinking long term ... plus I guess she said once sentenced, most people that got less than a year will be thrown out due to lack of space.. idk if that's true but we will see

I try to be a good kid so I never put myself in that predicament. :) shit sucks for ur loved ones too lol at times I wanna let him thug it out, but then I feel bad.. and then i end up broke lol. My paycheck was 5 bills, I dropped 2 on his attorney, 75 on the phone, & i make it to at least 2 or 3 visits a week too.....I'm a sucker, this I know.

Yea we have 2 girls ... but I'm with my mom for now so she helps out alot. He used to watch them while I work... now she does. On top of that my moms house is paid off so she doesn't charge me rent. I just pay bills and buy food here and there.
