so which version of icebox did you get? the one pictured is the comptech version(which they dont make anymore) CT version has no logo on the icebox, while comptech does. I know this when byuying my comotech version.

so what intake are you useing with the icebox? you can just run a ivcebox w/o intake?:lol:

I got the CT Engineering one without the logo, just the CARB sticker. I have two CT Engineering decals lying around somewhere that I'll slap on it though. Probably give one to Thadya since she just came up on an ice box too. I was considering the Comptech/CT tube but just decided to use my OEM intake arm.

Yeah. Got both the intake and icebox for a good price. I've been having Blacktrax keep it for me till I was ready to buy. Hehez. I need tips on how to mount it though.

Doesnt it have a bracket to mount the box to the bay? Thought i saw pictures with a bracket.

I gave some thought to modifying the oem airbox to accommodate a 6" filter. The icebox doesnt allow for one which is one con for me to buy it.

I think. I haven't gotten the chance to look over all the hardware yet. I'll most likely be working on it this Sunday. You guys need a write up?

That's how mines was set up, with the stock intake arm. I always liked the way people used the Injen intake with the comptech icebox though.

I've thought about hacking up the AEM intake to work with the ice box a few times. I changed my mind on it and decided to sell it.

If you want to hack something up, ive got my gsr cai already cut in two. Nevermind that doesnt help you with the bend in it. Doesnt accomodate your intake manifold.

Yeah, I can't use it. I wish Spoon made the kevlar arm for the DC. I would take advantage of that.
