:thumbs up Mission accomplished. At least you didnt have a hard time with the stripped bolt. I dread stripping bolts or snapping them. Are you replacing the hose while its off?
No I didn't replace the hose. But I am going to pull apart tomorrow because I broke the green plug under the VTEC seleniod. But I put it all back together and took my time, then I cranked her up with no problems. I let her sit and she didn't overheat. Still has a small leak in one of the back hoses but I'm proud of myself. First thing I've ever done by myself on a car. :D

:thumbs up Great job. It feels good to accomplish something yourself. You broke the vtec pressure switch? lol howd you manage that? GSR, nice.

You'll have to drive it to see how it really runs but take care of leaks and check fluid levels often. One of the worst things that can happen is overheating. Ruin a entire motor. :(

Thanks! :) and yeah I always check fluid levels(almost always) every few days if not every day. and I broke it...I don't even know how. lol I find myself constantly checking the gauges when I'm driving. Good habit.

Oh BTW my check engine light went off. (turned off) I don't know if it was because I actually fixed the problem or if its because I unplugged the wiring harness & battery while I did this little project. So, will it turn off if I unplug the wiring harness?

Unplugging the ecu and/or disconnecting the battery will reset the CEL. Either one is disconnecting power to the ecu.

I seem to have fixed the problem. No overheats after driving for two days.
