Haha! My brother has this saying: there are two reasons people fix up their cars: 1st reason is push it to it's limit and the 2nd reason is floss in style with what you're working with.

Then he broke down like this:

1st reason will attract thieves that will stakeout your car and steal it eventually.

I've never had a random female compliment my car. Its usually asian and mexican guys. I've had a few older males, probably in their 50s compliment it though. If a random looking girl complimemted my car I could die happy.
