No more power steering or A/C!! It feels a lot more alive, as much as it sucks to drive in a parking lot without power steering, it's something I'm ok with for the power gain. Red was running 6whp higher than with power steering when he tested it on the dyno, and we're assuming it's basically a 10whp gain in 20 minutes, lol

how did you delete it. No belt or did you like delete it like mine?

If you kept the unit on and just took the belt off, i suggest keeping the belt on until you go to the track. and taking it off there to keep the fluids fresh. You can fry your rack that way.

Just the belt. I'll have to commune with the folks and see what their thoughts are. I plan on pulling it all next week before the show

Its really a shot in the dark if it will or wont fry to be honest, my buddy deleted his and his rack died. Mine was fine, phillips was fine. Although phillip and i did just bypass the pump allowing the "T style" delete it was just uglier. Now i just have mine looped. If anything just bleed the pump in the winter break, and drive with ps for like a month to circulate the fluids and take it off for another 3-4 months and repeat.

Yee, I would think I'll be good for the week, I just heard that it's a bit more difficult to steer without a proper delete, so I guess it's good to get used to this way, so when I make a clean delete, I won't struggle as much. I'm out of shape, lol

It did make a nice difference in power overall; I'm pretty excited about Fall Fling.

Guess what I'll be running. Hint, it's on the black bandit in this picture ;)

you will be good for a while. Oscar took his out that way for quite some time. His felt super light though. The feeling will depend from car to car, phillip and i had the same style delete and his was lighter than mine, but i was still able to parallel park without the steering wheel. With the "proper delete" its hard to say, mine is pretty light compared to what it was a while ago.

So you more hp huh? hehez
I should delete power steering too since my car already feels heavy after the alignment adjustment. Freakin awesome.

A very noticeable amount of power. Red did a dyno with and without, gained 6whp from the power steering alone!
