Alright so I posted my car a while ago, but here will be my build thread.

I have a 01 Teg LS 5 speed with 105,000 miles. Purchased it when it had 101,000 miles 3 months ago. In love with it. This will be a daily driver so I need plan on doing a whole lot with it. I have talked to many people, searched this thread, etc, and have decided that I'm not going to do anything major for at least a while--trying to save up some money and don't want to mess it up because it's going to be a daily driver and I want to keep the mpg.

SO, what I have done so far:
Sony Stereo head unit
AEM CAI
4 new PolkAudio speakers

Whats coming in as I type:
Purple (UV) led lights to change the cluster (going for a hulk theme--change the stereo head unit to purple also)
Shark 2 antenna

What I want done/ideas:
Strut tower bar--is this a good deal/I should get? I'm definitely getting one just want to double check. Or should I just go with a c-pillar one off amazon? Also, regarding the picture of the close up pic in the engine bay, this is where I install it correct? I tried loosening the bolt to make sure I could but couldnt manage it because the screw and silver washer turn together, help?
Subwoofer/Amp--My buddy has a hookup at BestBuy
Full Cat-Back Exhaust--Thinking about the Yonaka exhaust to save some money and I really haven't heard anything bad about it and could use the saved money for headers. Or should I just save up for a GReddy or Apexi?
Drop--not for awhile at least. Where I live and travel are a lot of speedbumps and I go offroad sometimes.
Turbo--not for awhile. Saving money and it would be a mild turbo to not push the engine, trying to get at least 300,000 miles.
Painting my CAI, Strut bar, and Cam cover purple--Going for a hulk theme lol.
New headlights--HID kit? if so what do I buy? I've read the 35w and 6000k are a solid choice, but kinda pricey, but is it worth it? And what exactly do I buy?

So ANY ideas and suggestions are welcome. I'm very persuadable lol.

You probably did. The pictures looked familiar. I'd definitely recommend the yonaka exhaust. It sounds awesome. Deep and quiet, but it can get loud.

No problem. Also, if you are going to add a sub, a 10 would be perfect. I have a single 10 in a ported truck box and a 1k watt amp. That b**** rattles my car. Also, to get the nuts off the strut tower, use a 17mm deep well socket. That's what I had to use. I can feel a difference with the strut bar. Others will say it's useless.

Thanks man for both things of info, appreciate it. Might try and convince the parents for a sub for Christmas :p lol

I'm keeping the majority of it stock--daily driver so I dont wnat to mess everything up, but wanna keep it fun and sick. Might put on an exhaust and headers, but trying to save money that I earned this summer. Birthday is this month so we'll see how much rake in haha. If you look at my list int he first post is what I've done, am doing, and want to.

I wouldn't put a header on a daily, I had a generic 4-2-1 and it was pretty rattly, even with stock exhaust.

Damn yo, thanks for the heads up. Wasn't planning on getting one lol. Thoughts on the Yonaka exhaust? I haven't heard anything bad about it and the price is whats really enticing lol. I like the sound of it and wouldnt be bad for my daily driver.

I tried convincing my parents but they kept saying no, then I found a free sub and box and bought an amp off a friend. They couldn't say no anymore. Lol

The yonaka is the perfect exhaust imo. I have had it about a month and no rust yet. They also include all new hardware. I used the stock stuff though.
