i think the lake is in oregon though..im like 10 mins from oregon. I would join your fishing trip but im super busy..maybe next week or so..

Wow.. didnt realize so many people on here are in the gorge area. Personally from vancouver, We need to get an integra run together through the gorge

LOL. Damn, my bad. Forget sometimes how long the Columbia can be and probably should read everyone post. Might help a little anyways. Lol.

But still, you with in distance to do a gorge cruise sometimes. I been talking to a few friends who have some connections and a few of my work buddies who can get vendors and stuff. Talking about actually getting a true get together and cruise. Might be worth it

sturgeon lake is in the the middle of sauvie island, the gilbert river feeds it from the multnomah channel. if you wanna catch sturgeon you can go pretty much anywhere you can find a deep hole, also sturgeon retention is not allowed til oct 20 on the columbia and the willy/multnomah channel is closed til further notice, however catch and release is ok. Chinook run is a little slow right now, spent the the week targeting them above the lewis river on the columbia. This week should be better with the cooling and Dam flows.
