I can get a 99 prelude engine H22A4 for $250 just needs crank.
Homie hookup includes intake, header, engine harness, dizzy V-tech solenoid, and some other stuff.
Homie was going to put the engine into his accord. Can I use stock tranny or do I need a different one.
Need info would love to have a project to do for awhile

i would say that the tranny wont fit onto the engine, because you have a d series tranny and the engine is a h series engine. They are not compatible, unless you buy an adapter plate/kit, H2D kit...im not sure how much it is...Also, you would have to different motor mounts.. to install the engine into the car....

Overall, i would say go a different route if youre tight on money, the adapter plate and different motor mounts might be quite expensive..

Yeah i dont think the h22 could even fit inside the engine bay without cutting away pieces.. cause even doing a b series swap you dont have enough room for the power steering pump

I honestly would go with a zc swap. Its the same thing as the stock d16 but high compression and a whole hell of a lot more mods. My buddy has a zc swap in his hatch and pushing about 145 wbhp

I wouldn't mind making this a project the car still runs right now so I'm not stressing on it I just think it would be nice to have something different. I don't mind cutting the car up, the front end is f'ed up already so yeah maybe i will and just penny pinch lol
you guys really think it wouldn't be worth it?
any links?
no i have not researched anything yet just thought I would ask you guys first (seem more informative)
plus at the price it aint that much, is it?
