Bouncy rear end

I have godspeed lca's but stock sway bar and end links. rear end bounces but is really abrupt. its hard to explain but it almost unbearable. seems as if the rear of my car is beibg dropped from a ledge or something. i have function form type 1s. any other info you need just ask.

no info like if it just happened out of nowhere or after install of something or if a comet hit your car and was replaced by a transformer?

Bouncy? Like, soft springs? So rigid it's skipping? Very vague question....

sorry im a little undescriptive. its basically been like that since install. and its not soft its extremely stiff

its almost as if it skips but on a flat road its fine. i mifght be trippin myself out but last time i checked all the bushings are still good. also...how do i know if the coilovers are breaking?

I love bouncy rear ends.....

Check to see if your sway bar is stressed at all. i.e Under load.

bouncing under what conditions? This kind of thing is hard to imagine so you have to be very descriptive for anyone to picture and try to troubleshoot.

Yeah it doesnt necessarily skip unless i hit a bump in the road. the reason i ask is because i want to make sure im not ruining my swaybar or endlinks

i have ff type 1 i kinda understand
so when you hit a speed bump its stiff as fuck? like if someone picked up the rear and dropped it right?
