Sup guys, I'm new to the Integra group but not the import scene. I formally owned a 200sx se-r with the
sr20de and 240sx with the ka24. Thats right I use to be a nismo groupie! Well I got married and had a kid, sold both nissans and ten years later. THATS RIGHT TEN YEARS LATER! Well close enough! My dad passed his fox body mustang down to me. While I enjoyed the Mustang it never really did it for me, being a 5.0 it had plenty of power and top end. Still something wasn't right lol, so the other nite I come across Initial D on TV and it brought back all my old memories!!! So I happily gave the mustang to my dad in trade for a 87 Integra and here I am! Pop up head lights and all!

My plans are to leave the factory d16 in it and just tune it a bit with some basic bolt ons. Meanwhile looking for another d16 I can build from the block up. Maybe replace my brown top with a black top, but I am completely open for suggestions. Also wanna leave the body alone, no body kits, just a nice white paint job with some 17' black rims. I'll try to figure out how to post pics of the current body and motor.

I wouldnt go with 17, 16's are big enough and 15's are functional. Are you planning on N/A or Turbo?

if i owned a DA3 this would be my blueprint

I'm staying N/A, last turbo car I built it I had constant problems out of. I just rather do N/A to preserve engine life.

Yeah I'm sticking with it, I always wanted an 80s japanese ride. 94 240SX and 96 200sx just didnt cut it. I'm not to worried about power more about the car itself and the enjoyment of driving it.

Why not get a cheap b series to swap in it? It would be around the same price to build it.
