93, typically from Sunoco lately. Have put some 91 in with 0% ethanol too.

Not gaining anything using premium on an LS. Possibly even doing more bad than good. Premium gas adds nothing to an engine that wasn't designed to use it. Unless you're retuned youll develope fuel file on your spark plugs sooner and that's about all you're doing. It also may actually induce engine knock much like using too low of octane on an engine designed for premium unless you at least advance timing.

So any LS on factory tune/ECU...don't run premium.

I run premium through my B1 once every week. I use nothing but Shell gasoline. It's been proven that they have the cleanest top quality gas you can buy.

I use premium (93) in both my cars. The gsr calls for it , but my accord only requires 87. Drives way better with premium though. If you think about the price its only about a 2 dollar difference per fill up. 10 gals.
