^^ plus you can still be a sleeper without these overpriced steelies. oem wheels or something close do well for sleeping and not being too heavy.
good point.... I still think the aggressive look kinda fits the motif thoughumm...if you're trying to make a sleeper, don't buy these wheels. they're like 25 lbs a piece. they're steel, they're heavy. keep the stock steelies if you really want a sleeper.
extended studs and spacers would make what you have more aggresive. or polished blades always look good on a black teggy.good point.... I still think the aggressive look kinda fits the motif though
That's cool, if they are as heavy as you say then yeah, I would do better with stock steelies or even some cheapo spoon replicas from Discount Tire. They were my second choice. My motor isn't exactly stock anymore but I still like the look of those Diamond stock car wheels. The really do like the low offset look.extended studs and spacers would make what you have more aggresive. or polished blades always look good on a black teggy.
i'm the last person to say "don't get them" cause to be honest, i like mine. i like the way the car looks and i definitely like the stance, but my motor is stock and will be for damn near 2 more years at least. i'm not trying to go fast.
but ya, i just want you to know what you're signing up for.
lol persistent eh? 15x8+0 all around, plan on purchasing camber kits all around as well if you go with that size.JCRABB 13, if you don't mind me askin' what size wheel and tire spec are you running?
Thanks man. Yeah, I'm pretty stuck on this "Rat-Racer" project and I got a look that I have in mind. I am thinking turbo or bulit K swap maybe next year some time and I think the look may just keep me inspired to shell out that kind of dough when the time comes; hopefully.lol persistent eh? 15x8+0 all around, plan on purchasing camber kits all around as well if you go with that size.
Well...I'm not exactly on the ground and my front end is down about 2.5 and haven't done the rear yet. So......you imply by laughter that it couldn't/shouldn't/wouldn't work? School me bruh; why not?lol, yeah, turbo a stanced car
mmm hhhmmmm.... the price we pay for looks and speed - I guess it will have to be one or the other.... Definitely food for thought. The insight is appreciated. Decisions Decisions. LOL... Proper fitment would also keep the tires from throwing the rain 10ft up in the air and a lighter wheel is pretty much self explanatory in terms of shaving seconds.... mmmmm....lemme get back to y'all on that cause if I can pull it off I'll be posting some pics for opinions; if not, then maybe I'll photoshop the car on a box of Uncle Ben's.^^That s*** right there!! You'll barely be able to drive normal, add boost. If you plan on drag racing, you can raise it up, but you'll look dumb on heavy wheels and have to pay for alignment
