Thanks a lot! Best anyone can tell right now it's a torn meniscus ligament that's causing my knee to lock and click, but the MRI will confirm anything.

As for fogs have you checked PasswordJDM?

Man my best friend tore his meniscus in two spots. His leg will never be the same. The surgery helped the pain but still didn't fix it all. Nor did physical therapy for 6 months after surgery. Hope yours isn't the same my man

Oh man that sucks a lot. I really hope that's not the case. Sucks to hear about your friend. It's a pain, literally. Laying down is the worst. The way I sleep it's always locking and it's very painful and uncomfortable. I haven't slept much since it happened. Oh well. Well see what they can do.
