Thanks for the comments guys. I'm throwing some cheap stuff on the car for fun but I want to keep it heading in the "right direction".

The plans? Well, I have to drive this car a lot so I can't take it under the knife too much :)

I've done a lot of stuff over the last month so I'm going to take a break for a while. I want to continue to just keep this car clean and try to do the typical aesthetic mods to have a respectable daily driver.

Absolutely top of the list of things to do is lower the car. I want to do it properly though with some quality brand springs and shocks/struts so I will have to save my pennies for the ~$500 to afford that. Past that I'd like to get headers & exhaust on it. I've heard the Yonaka is good some I'm really interested in that.

You don't HAVE to lower it, but if it suits your taste for 500ish you can get the eibach prokit, or function and form type 1 coilovers.

Yonaka is good because its so affordable. Outside of that i don't know much about it

Well the car looks really high at certain angles or sometimes when you glance at it. I want to drop it about 1 to 1.5 inches just to make it look a bit nice.

For the exhaust I heard it was real quiet and decent for the price. The car had a Thermal R&D cat-back on it when I bought it and it droned really bad especially at highway speed so I had to trade it out for stock. From what i hear the Yonaka is close to stock at normal throttle and RPM and it makes a nice noise at full throttle. Being that its only ~$250 I might do that part of the exhaust first.

About to have a car payment again tomorrow though (getting the wife an Accord I think), so mods might have to wait, lol. I guess I can work on cleaning it real good...

Don't worry my car was high as hell when I first got It. I didn't realize it until my friends started pointing it out, then I slammed it and cracked an oilpan :p

More crappy cellphone pics! I swear the lights inside the warehouse screw with the camera -_-

Got a GSR strut bar for $20 (feel like it was a decent price). Grabbed some nuts/bolts from work and went to it!

Magic!

Also took a few minutes to polish the headlights again. I did it last year when I got the car and it helped a lot, figured it was time again. TurtleWax kit.

Polished:

The whole deal:

Hoping the weather is nice this weekend and I can detail the car a bit and get some better pictures.

I have a video of the yonaka in my build thread. It's not the best but you can get the picture. It's just inside driving with the windows up. Exhaust and aem intake.

Not bad :) I will be looking into that at some point. Taking a break from expensive mods for a bit. Got a car payment now (boooo).

Overcast morning picture, thought the car was looking decent today.

I'm hopefully getting a weekend job to make a little extra $, all that money goes towards car stuff so maybe I can get it lowered sooner than I think!
