check the injector screens and fuel filter

Tuuuuunnnnnnneeeeeeee Uuuuuuuuuuuuup Switch out everything u didn't do personally, wires, plugs, check the distributor, clean the throttle body, also check that steel braided wire on the intake mani/throttle body and make sure it lined up on there, switch out all fluids, oil, antifreeze, brake, p/s, all that, and new gas wouldn't hurt either, if that don't work then you may have to personally clean out your injectors not that fuel treatment lol your gonna have to get in there bro, good luck

But that also depends on how old the fluids were before it sat

get a new vtak, those are always going out and making integras slow. If you dont have vtak you'll never be fast!

have you owed a honda before? if your coming down from a car with a larger engine or earlier power band that may be why you think its so slow. my da acts the same way. true my car is knocking on 200 grand and isnt as fast as the newer cars but it moves .. hondas love higher rpms....but a full tune up and changing every fluid is a good start.
