I trusted a friend to try and roll/pull them and he obviously failed at it. Last time I ever trust someone with my car.

Replace em. Theyre cheap. Should have pulled them, not flared. What a dip. Oh your back ones though... lol no choice but to heat and tap them back into place best you can. Follow up with typical bondo work and reshape.

Cut/weld new rear wheel wells in and patiently grind and smooth the welds marks

Time consuming but worth it when you're finished

Unless there's an easier way
