Solder this relay?

Is this main relay able to be saved with some soldering on the two burnt spots?

I would have to buy a solder gun and wire to fix it, sounds more affordable than a $50 relay though. The car has not been started in 3 weeks because of a leaking radiator not holding fluid, now it just will not start right. Video below is of the start up sound, it just isn't sparking as it should. The car has given me fuel related issues all last winter, every fill up it would stall out and require a minute of sitting until it would start. From what I read it all comes back to the main relay. Thanks.

¡AY, CARAMBA!
Try it out. If it doesn't succeed, fetch a used one from the junkyard or buy it off ebay.
