my buddy recently went to letchworth village, which used to be a "hospital" for those with mental disabilities. you can google it and it was even featured on an episode of the show Ghost Adventures by travel channel. so now im into creepy places and ik a place nearby, in wingdale. its was called Harlem Valley state hospital, so now im wondering, what kind of creepy places have you guys seen/driven past/been in?
whats the most haunted place you could think of, somewhere where you would almost be too afraid to go

ahhh, see/hear anything that bugged you out? im trying to go to this place called Letchworth, my friend went in there with a couple of girls who had been there before, they said they had been there 10 or so times and havent seen nearly all of the buildings... but my friend said it was eerie... old baby carriages in a dentists office, he said he was walking around with his cell phone as his only source of light and wandered into the morgue where the freezers for bodies were, seems pretty insane

That does sound creepy to be in, as your mind starts to play tricks on you and just a creepy area

Meh didn't see or hear anything but the girls in our group were scared.

Have been on a hike somewhere in Yosemite at night with our phones as lights to record our hike and a flashlight. The phones bugged out together for a sec but went back to normal.

aha the girls are always the ones who are scared. my friend told me the girls that took him to letchworth didnt tell him about the history so he googled it when he got home and he was like "yeah, probably wouldnt have just walked on in if i had known", heres the Ghost Adventures episode, they show the dentist chair and the morgue

Lol I'll take your word on it instead of watching. Watched Marblehead hornets on YouTube xD was enough for me.

Yeah people like to not clarify about a location till after you go. And it's ok when the girls are scared until they squeeze the life out of you. Have girls wrapped around you is fun and all, until you can't breathe

old town. pretty much the whole town is haunted. it was also on ghost adventures. they shot two buildings in that town.

ive been to the whaley house in that town. i walked around the outside after hours. i felt someone/something tug on my shirt. i thought it was a branch. no branch around me, no one was behind me, and my group of friends were ahead of me. it was said, if you smell lavender, that was mrs.whaley's perfume. i smelled it the same time i felt that tug.

hotel del coronado. room 3312. a young woman by the name of kate morgan, committed suiscide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound and fell to the steps leading to the beach below.

reports of seeing her ghostly figure, footsteps, and curtains moving (with no open window) have been reported.

ive been there myself but i havnt seen or heard anything myself.

more personal experiences

my mother passed away some time ago. my sister had her own phone line in her room. she got a call early in the morning a week after she passed away. as she answered, there was no voice on the other end. at the time, pressing *69 would say the last number that called. it was my mom's work phone. she looked at the clock and it was 8:00am. the time my mom would get to work. right after, she dialed the number and it said the number was no longer in service.

some other interesting things happened but id probably just bore you guys with em. if youre interested, lmk and ill be glad to share them with you.

this was all during the mourning of my mother's passing.

when we were at my cousins house, their house phone called our house and our recorder recorded the conversation my father was having with everyone about when we were going to have people come over to mourn. no one would call our house because they all knew we were there. till this day, i still dont know why it recorded that.

my grandma (mom's mom) was in the kitchen, cooking up for people to visit and mourn the loss. i noticed the kitchen light was working so i thought my bro or dad changed it out because its been broken for months and we were too lazy to change it.
my grandma asks to replace it because it burnt out on her. my brother and i look at each other and told her 'its been broken for months so how could it go out on you?' she said she was using it for the past two days.

thats pretty strange, my mom told me how not long before her mother passed, she had a dream of a woman knocking at her door, when she answered the woman asked to trade a box, for another box. i believe my mother said this was around a week before her mother passed and she after this dream she knew her mother was going to die
