Newbie saying Hello

Hello all. I've got a '00 Integra LS that I'd like to start building (now that I've bought a house with a garage) and have some questions about a turbo builds.

No disrespect, but I would have caution when asking advice from a 19 year old kid with nothing but Ebay parts on his car. Plenty of quality builds in here to lurk through and get ideas

i get your point about the "ebay parts" but that doesnt mean that i have some knowledge about cars, maybe i just have a low income and cant buy real parts. so. anyways, i dont want to get on your bad side! my apologies.

Well I'm not a mechanic but I'm not clueless either. I put the CAI, Exhaust, HID's, and Halo's in by myself so that can give you some type of skill level. I really want to turbo the car for a DD but I'm not sure where to start. I'm not going for 500HP. Just want something fun to drive. I should note that the car is AUTO and as much as I would like a manual, I don't want to mess with it or buy something else. I want to put my money into this car.

It's the patience factor. I have plenty of friends that have stock cars still jsut because they want to wait for something they can be proud of, something that is proven. No worries, you're good, bro

There is a build on here with a decent amount of power on an auto, check it out! I'm no mechanic either, lol. Luckily I met some good people on here and at the track, so I've been able to avoid a lot of costs in working on my car. just beer and burritos, mainly

Welcome! I'm form Ohio too, in Cincinnati though. My 3 roommates are from doubt of Cleveland though. Post some pictures!

LOL Well I don't have any pics available to upload right now but if it doesn't rain I'll take some snaps tomorrow. I'm in a suburb of Youngstown. I've seen some other Tegs around but all stock.

I know a guy from Youngstown area too, went to South Range HS
