overheating with fresh parts

last night my radiator upper hose neck broke on my integra so today i replaced the radiator and bled it of air bubbles. then i got in for a test drive the temp gauge showed normal before i took off. i literally got about 8 houses down before i was already almost at full hot so i turned back. i just replaced my thermostat(40 miles ago) but i took it out and ran without it and had the same problem. my rad fan(passenger side) kicks on when it should but my a/c fan is broken(but i didn't have the ac on). I'm not missing coolant from what i can tell and my water pump has roughly 3000 miles so i don't think thats the cause. i'm pretty stumped at this point i don't know what else to try. does the ac fan do THAT much or is it something else. o and my rad cap is a month old.

the way i bled the system was to start the car with cap off put a funnel in and added 50/50 and watched for bubbles.

tl:dr
new rad cap
new water pump
no thermostat (for the sake of testing)
rad fan works
ac fan is broke(drove with ac off)
no leaks or missing coolant
new radiator
after letting it get to running temp in the driveway it over heats with 2 minutes

My a/c fan hasnt worked once and i dont have a a/c belt on mine has never overheated once and i put my motor thru the paces every day. I would do a compression check you may have a leakin head gasket only other reason to have it heat up that quick.
