Da starting problems please help!!!

I'm about to shoot myself if I dont figure out what's wrong :/

So when I stick the key in the ignition and turn nothing happens.at first there would just be a couple seconds delay before the car would begin to turn over. Now nothin happens. Just put in a new starter and ignition. At first it was okay. Then the delay came bak and now again no start. I could pop start it to get where I need to go. I could even use a screw driver to jump the starter. Any one with the same issue or any advice please help!!!!!!

Can You Hear Your Fuel Pump Turn On?

Before You Can Start It Does The Check Engine Light Turn Off in 3 Seconds Or Stays On?

You Gotta Give More Details, When You Put The Key In On Position What Does iIt Do? Can You Hear The Fuel Pump Turn On? Does It Crank & Not Start,Turn Over?

The car does not crank at all. I wouldn't say it's a fuel pump problem cuz I could pop start the car. Right? And it only happens so often... When the key is in the on position everything turns on it just doesn't crank. Today I jumped the starter to go to the market. Got back in the car then it did turn on. That is what leads me to e a possible relay maybe?? Have no idea

Lol that happend to me i bipassed current from ignition to started never had an issue after that , i couldnt figuee it what it was
