That's cool iif I was to want to run that setup and have it smog every two years I'd have to convert over to obd 2 sometimes a win sometimes a lose depending on application

that isnt entirely true... a b20b isnt only 96-98 USDM ...i have a b20b and its 98-01 JDM motor ..

Mine says pr4-5 so its not a b18a1 is it a vtec engine if not then its prob a b1 head Accordin to wikipedia a b20b is from a 96 to 98 usdm jdm honda crv

Yah unless it's been smogged in the last 90 days to bad you didn't live in the out lying counties of Cali they are change of ownership only time car gets smogged is when you change ownership....the only way to get that refd in you need to set up an appointment with a referee which I believe is also on the same site also you had to use everything from the crv Ecu obd connector with wiring harness fuel pump evap charcoal canister I may be forgetting something but it's pretty much the whole emissions system from a crv ecu
