Is the engine in that stock because the DC5 came with the k20a3 stock
Yes it is the factory motor that comes in the 2006 DC5 Type-S.

In a nutshell, the K20A3 came in the 2002-2006 Base model RSX. The K20A2 came in the 2002-2004 Type-S model. The K20Z1 came in the 2005-2006 Type-S model.
The 2005-06 models were the best models made IMO. Not to mention the K20Z1 has "Higher performance camshafts sourced from the Type-R engine" among other goodies.
It made 210hp instead of the old 201hp but due to changes in HP measurements around that time, it was reduced to "201hp on paper"
