I'm trying to figure out a good front lip to get for my 2000 ls...I want one that is flexible and won't snap off if it drags a bit...I've searched and have done research, but I still need a good opinion...any help?

Well since you want flexible, get a polyurethane lip. I'd go on eBay for a cheap one (don't flame).

There's the ever so popular Type-R lip.
- Mugen replica
- Spoon replica
- Backyard Special replica

that's what I suggest too, I got mine (see build thread, link in sig) for $50 lol its nice to have so you can beat it up a little bit instead of paying $200 for an OEM one and cringe when it scrapes.

most of the lips are polyeurathane. its very strong and durable. most of the time... people dont mount these very well and so they come off fairly easy and then claim the lips dont stay on very well. fools who use the double sided tape it comes with or just two bolts on the ends. if you slam your car youre naturally more prone to catching on something be it aftermarket or oem. no amount of mounting will save your lip or perhaps even the bumper from catching on something real good. use logic in your choices.

If ordering an eBay lip, most of the ones that I see on there are ABS plastic, which will chip, crack and break pretty easily if you accidentally hit something.

Just gotta make sure the description says something along the lines of "PU", "Poly" or of course "Polyurethane/Urethane"
