Hey, Thanks for your help in advance.
So here's the issue im not sure about. Only one fan comes on when im driving, the one to the right when your facing the front of the car. Should the left fan be on too? If not when should it be on or what should i do to get it to turn on? :???:

wait a sec, if your saying my driver side is A/C thats the one thats on all the time (looks smaller than the one next to it.) and if the passenger side is the Rad fan (Bigger looking one) then my rad fan NEVER comes on only my A/C fan. And even when i press my A/C both fans arent on so its still a bit confusing. (Sorry if im seeming difficult this just has been a persistant probelm)

Let me try and clear this up

IMO i liked the way you bluntly handled this lol thats exactly what i needed to see :thumbs up. but just one more question, is there a way you could have two cooling fans instead? Because i dont use my A/C anyway...at all

I suppose you could wire both fans to a switch and turn the on/off when you needed to.

To be completely honest i always thought the right fan was an exhaust cooler, lol

I'm pretty sure there was a thread recently telling how to wire a fan to be always on, That should help you find out if the fan works.

I think you just take the ground off the fan and run it into the ground on your core support where the valve cover ground bolts on.

Edit: sorry not off the fan, lol, run the ground *From the fan to the VC ground

I did :D i order one of the slim fans with my rad. I need to order another this week so i can have both fans. May come out looking sorta tacky though :( but im saving like 60$ opposed to buying the whole shroud :D

Also while im at it is there a way to replace my worn fan wires? (Parts are frayed and burning thru electrical tape) Do they sell the whole electrical fan wire setup or would i have to buy some copper wire and cut and replace?

You say that the one fan is on all the time. You might want to look into that as it normally isnt and especially that being the ac fan, unless your ac was on all the time (you stated that you turned on the ac later), the fan shouldnt be running.
