car won't start after new transplant!!

So i rebuild a b18 block with itr pistons.
I got a 1999 ls head
everything new.
So i tried starting my car after putting it all together connecting.
-fuel pump kicks in
-theirs spark
-starter kicks in
and the car wont start i get the smell of gas and im thinking that theirs no combustion.
Any ideas guys! Need help!!!:(

make sure your ignition wires are installed properly, that they have the correct firing order. then make sure your cams are in time, and in sync with the motor.

timming is good
firing order is correct
theirs no combustion what so ever
-theirs spark in the plugs
-theirs fuel
-it cranks but dont start
everything you can think of is new

i just noticed that i have a gap between my engine block and my crank pulley

91 Integra
have you tested your compression yet. may have an issue with rings if your not getting combustion. if you get fuel and spark the only thing missing is compresion.
