You mean redrill a new hole into the bumper? Should work fine. My preference was to use the stock mounting points so i drilled a hole in the lip nearest where it should be mounted on the upper hole to match it as best i could. I left the lower one where our stock screw is. Was going to use both but decided one was good enough for the aftermarket lip. My oem is mounted like stock with both holes.
I'll see today how the holes line up. Never got a chance to look at it.

goofy as the stock rear but he has the optional valances on it
Great deduction, Watson. :thumbs up

I basically lined it up myself. Took a few tries and redremeling so it didnt turn out as clean as i wanted it but it worked. I had a picture of it somewhere but i cant find it. My comptech lip didnt have any markings or holes as im sure yours didnt either. We gotta just figure it out and make our own. Mine did have a sort of groove or empty space that seemed to suggest where it would sit over the screw we have in our stock bumper and it seemed to sit in place correctly where it was.

i forgot my lip is hanging right in my room. Heres what my end looks like and the thicker part sat just above the screw. Placement was pretty good with that. Dont know if yours was molded this way though.

Are you leaving it gutted or going with interior?

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i don't know..... i can't decide honestly. i mean for now there's no point in me keeping it gutted... it's going to have to be shaved and painted and i don't know if i want to pay for that yet

There's really no point in gutting unless you're going full race IMO. It makes for shitty daily driving.

I don't mind being gutted. Leave the panels in though, cleans it up a lot and you can still run speakers without looking like a fucking goober, imo.

yeah. i'm not sure what to do about that. i've thought about leaving the panels there and maybe painting the inside black? i just know that will really look funny

i only have front seats lol i sold my leathers... i think i sold them i'm not sure we havent met up yet.

but when i have just fronts it'll look funny to have full interior minus seats.. unless i buy the rear itr seats...
they're kinda ugly though... they get faded super easy.

It looks ok painted out, there are some metal pieces I would probably spend some time shaving out so it's more flush.
only for the props of gutting it if for show, otherwise i like interior. cleaner.
wait, what? forsho<forgo

it does make for a beautiful show car though

I don't like it with out all the panels, no rear seat is good enough for me. It's not really a "show" car unless it's like fully built suspension and all the good stuff. So no real point unless youre making it your own.

I mean if its for show you get props for having it gutted but having interior is cleaner, imo. Cleanest gutted interiors ive seen were dressed up and not just left alone. Its like they detailed it after.

I let the tops of my itr rears get faded but when i change them out im gonna prevent it from happening again. I put a black towel over the tops of my seats now. Sure it covers it and doesnt quite show off the seats but it keeps the color and what i have is for me to know and see. Could care less if anyone else can but it can always be put on display without the towel for a day.
