So I have a set of 16 kosei and I just had them repainted and I lowered my car but I think I want some 15s so I can go lower but not yet sure what I should do should I sell them or trade or just keep them

It's up to you, I prefer 16, but I also like to function.

I have 205 45 on there and I just want to be a little lower but if I do I have to roll the fenders out because the rims are 8 wide i was thinking of getting smaller rims for size and width

Put 215/45 Kumho XS on it.
Go to a trackday, Wangfest, etc.
