RSX VTEC not working HELP!!?

Ok so I have asked around and no one seems to beable
To help me out. VTEC in my RSX anit poping
I have an 03' it looks like there's a Cable that's
Burend out but I'm not to sure what that's to..
If you could help thanks!

what color is the wire that you think is the culprit ?

its yellow but seems to be in a hard plastic lick tube((not the tape))
