once you learn about how all the newer cars are built and what it takes to diagnose and repair them, you will appreciate your teggy that much more :) I used to be a master diesel tech for ford, but left in 2006 when everything tanked. I work for Kaiser Hospital as an operating engineer now lol. Congrats on the job thats awesome bro, hope you like it still.

I too am in the dealership scene. I work for Longo Lexus in El monte CA. All I tell you is do your job right. Don't half ass it. Keep the mindset of I am replaceable because well, you are. Keep your nose clean and out of the managements side other wise your going to stress yourself out. Just work and make friends with your fellow techs and you will have a great time working. Best of luck!

Yeah. 9 an hour but im satisfied for now. Till i graduate. And yeah flat rate has its positives and negitives. All depends on your pace of work.
