Interesting considering Driveshaft Shops website says the exact opposite lol. You might wanna go do some research before you drop $400 on axles, if it was me I would actually call up DSS and see what the deal is. The guy your buying from is telling you one thing while DSS's website says completely opposite. Also my buddy snapped a 5.9 with less then 500whp and they did work with him a little by cutting him a discount on a replacement axle, but it wasn't free.
Unless you're making 1000+whp I see aboslutely no reason why part store or OEM axles won't suffice. Most axles break due to either improper install or s***ty suspension geometry.
