I was driving down the road real low on fuel and when i took off from the stop sign it died so i go to gas station and get four gallons go back and put it in. Car wouldnt start so i push it home. Try the next day and still wont start. Think its my main relay or the pump?

Try resetting your ecu maybe that will help.disconnect your battery positive cable for about ten minutes then re install the cable and also try priming it by turning the key till it clicks twice but without cranking it wait about three seconds and
repeat afew times.

Tried both still not starting....

Do we assume its cranking? If not figure out why its not cranking. If it is figure out which you arent getting.. air, fuel, spark. I like to start with spark. Naturally check fuses first. Some times one problem spawns 2. =(

Is it hard to change the fuel pump on the 92?
