weird idle

Ive got a 1990 Acura Integra with the B18A1 motor, standard transmission. Here is my problem:
I start the car in the morning and drive to work. After it gets to running temp and i stop at a stop sign or light the rpms will go up and then drop back down, goes up then back down.

Ive installed a new pump about 3 years ago but havn't drove for 2 years after that. I started to drive it again once the snow melted. It has a brand new distributor, main relay.

Ive heard they have a little diaphram on the intake for cold starts. Could it be that?
The only thing ive installed in the last few days was a 800watt amp and sub.

Has anyone had this issue before, and what did you do to fix it.

So I just take the three bolts out where the coolant nipples are and its under there?
I had a spair one laying around so i cleaned it as best as I could and Put it back on. Fixed the problem a little but it still does it.

I think I found the vacum leak. There was a 5/16 port on the back of the intake manifold right above the IACV that had a cap on it. Well the cap had split right in half so the port wasnt capped. Guess I ll find out tonight when i leave work.

Guess i have a sweet job working at a parts store. Gotta love sundays, dead during the day so i can pull my car in the back bay door and work on it.
