Installed my PLM 4-2-1 header and test pipe today. TOOOOOO LOUD!!!!!
hahaha Everyone told me it would be... but fuck! I wasn't expecting that. my set up is AEM V2 intake, and Apexi N1 cat-back on a 01 GSR. Any ideas on how to quiet this down? I live in cali and it's loud enough to get the attention of a cop now and get a "pop your hood" I'm worried. If you're caught here without a cat $1,000 fine. I thought i could fly under the radar and it'd only be loud in vtec. it's not. Its loud at idle. and retardedly loud in vtec hahahagoofygamer

Yeah i know i was in attentance at buttonwillow with them but no on the track myself. When i get funding ill play more. For now i cant afford to risk repairs.
Resonators. Im guessing youre test pipe and no muffler?

Well the N1 has one resonator. I probably need a second. I really wish they had sent me my WS2 and didn't have to change the order to the N1 haha it was cool before the header.. but now. fuck! I still have all my stock parts tho. header, cat, muffler, intake.

Dyno tuned my car today, made 517whp and 340q on 17psi and pump gas. Wouldve turned boost up more but ran out of time and had issues with boost controller and spark blowout in the higher rpms. Oh well still happy with the results. I will post vids/pics later

oh you have a N1. haha yea any aftermarket muffler will be ultra loud when u go catless. Only two things u can do and stay catless.. add more resonators, use a more stock like muffler. I dont know what size piping youre using but if its less then 2.5" it wont hinder ur performance really. Type s or ITR. Or ive been reading and watching vids of the civis si HFP muffler. For a stock muffler it sure sounds aftermarket!

Order L & R lower control arms. (2) replacement 18x8.5 offset 25 rims. Picked up my (2) tires 225/40/ZR18 Pilot Sport from my friend shop and drop it off at my other friend shop. To have it mounted but found out my (2) rims was bent from the inner side.

Got a friend to help me with painting the rotors, gave her a good bath.
Obviously the overspray was removed by the brakes after dropping my friend home. Instead of a line of rust at the top edge of the disc, a nice black line. Really happy with how it turned out, hate rust.
