Disclaimer: You will be doing some slight modifications to the brake lines. If you are not mechanically inclined don't attempt this, you can cause harm to yourself and other.
Tools:
10mm Flare Nut Wrench(Very important for brake lines not to strip fittings)
10mm Deep Socket 3/8 and 1/4
14mm Socket
12mm Socket
T30 Socket
Needle Nose Pliers
Small Tube Cutter
Double Flaring Tool(Retal @ Autozone)
Brake Parts Cleaner
Parts Needed:
DA 40/40 Proportion Valve
EG Non- ABS Lines and Proportion Valve Bracket
Properly lift car and add jack stand at safe points, Remove wheels, and Remove old lines and ABS using tools. Not going into detail here because this is for experienced people. Save ABS line with larger fitting for the future, the rest is useless
This is the 40/40 DA Proportion with EG bracket, using your T30 Socket remove bolts and us the 40/40 halves and EG bracket, this will bolt directly to fire wall no problem.
Brake Hard line that go to rubber lines go in with ease
Line to the bottom needs some slight persuasion to line up just make sure to dont put to much force and thread fitting by hand first
The last line is the larger fitting hybrid, us the ABS line as a template to bend the EG line to the same shape. Cut to about the same length using your tool. Then cut the larger fitting off and put on EG line. Us your double flaring tool on the cut line. Then install and bleed brakes, check for leaks, and test brakes.
