German cars are a PITA in many ways, but I can't think of any cars that are difficult to change the oil on, the worst car to change oil on was one of my Hondas, I can't remember which haha

No, I meant who pays someone else to change their oil? I can understand why a non-car 'enthusiast' would do so, but if you claim to be an enthusiast...you can change your own oil.
that day i had a lot to do, i only bring it to a shop when i have no time

Topped off my oil, took some pics of the bay, sanded the letters down on the VC, and cleaned the engine up a bit.

Changed my plugs, topped off my fluids, upper radiator hose replacement, re-wired my front lights and blinkers the right way, and fixed a bit more wiring under the dash. Hope to peg my window issue on my driver's side door control... More wiring f*ck ups I'm sure. Slowly it's getting ready for the paint booth. More to come with pics.... Oh yeah and corrected my oil seepage issue. This wasnt today, but last weekend I rewired the volt meter and ignition harrness (someone "tried" to put a car alarm remote starter on the car), added a red gauge bezel, and installed my kh white face guages.

Nice! What do you think your initial time will be on the quarter? That's my favorite thing, is buying something new and guessing where I'll end up. If you have a setup similar to Dylan's, I figure you will run low 15's to high 14's

Should hit the dyno in 3-5 weeks. I have a much more aggressive setup then Dylan. I've never tracked in my life and don't know anything about launching. So I'm hoping a low 15. Once I get some experience, low 14
