First paint job this weekend

Sup guys,

I'm planning on doing my own paint job on my DA this weekend. I'm pretty sure I have most of it down. I def want it to be a nice product at the end and I'm willing to do the necessary steps to do so. So does anyone have any advice to give a first time painter?

Prep prep prep.

Remove all trim and edge pieces.
Clean thoroughly
Wax/grease remover
Sand/fill all damage
Scuff the entire surface, every little crevise
Primer
Sand primer
Wax/grease remover again
Sealer
2-3 layers of base coat
2-3 layers of clear / not too heavy avoid runs
Cut/buff/wax

Done. If you do it all in one or even two days. You didn't do it correctly. Takes a lot of time. Make it right. Paint is the first thing people see.

Good luck
