Let me break this down for you, Cody; it seems there may be some confusion.
When OGstackadolla asked if you wear your pants lower than the acceptable amount, he was actually using sarcasm, which is "The use of irony to mock or convey contempt", as Google describes it. So, if you can keep up here, he meant the opposite of what he actually stated, as confusing as that sounds.
Thankfully, Jake replied just a short 6 minutes after your second post when you made apparent you did not understand the joke and/or reference.
