So, I couldn't find a thread too similar to this one. I have a DB1 (93 4 door sedan) I was curious as to exactly how much bigger it is than it's two door counterpart. It visually looks a bit wider than the coupe, But I want to know by how much. Thanks for the help guys. This has been bugging me for a bit. haha

Thank you very much, I'm a new to this site Forum. I'm curious because I would love to start doing some custom body work. But, as much as I love my DB... The rear tail lights irk me... They remind me of an older Prelude, or even the Acura Legend. They don't like an Integra's. Call me crazy, but I want to install tail lights from the 2 door DC4 haha.

that would look awful, 2nd gens are more old school looking, putting roundish modern body parts on an older style boxy car would look weird. I would just get leave it alone or sell it save more money and buy a 3rd gen if that's what Looks better for me. if you do a custom retrofit, post pics.

If its a 5sp, I'll swap you titles flat out. I've been looking for a clean 5sp 4dr for awhile, straight up shell swap. I'm keeping my motor tho

@j13, haha I guess you're right haha. The DC lights would look a bit off... But, I love the DC2 specifically. Second gen front end looks a bit more like the DC2 than the DC4 for example. But, second gen tail lights might look good. I just might look into that. Also, has a custom retrofit ever been done? at least to your knowledge?

@hgocasca, what kind of engine are you running out of curiosity? As for the full out title swap, I wish I could do that. But she's an automatic. I've been gathering parts to convert her into a stick shift. I guess I can wish you good luck though! :( I'm sure there's one around somewhere.

@KNOWtheLEDGE haha thanks for the suggestion. Truthfully that helps A LOT. I'm not going down that road; if anything I'll stick with the G2 tail lights. I'll look for two door, see if it's a good fit.

@hgocasca haha autotragic that's a new one. Can't say I've heard that one before. Yeah, she may be an automatic (now) but she was in beautiful shape when I bought her. I have to say... Automatics are a lot less beat up than manual cars I've seen. I think it's definitely worth the conversion. I'll post pics and what not eventually.

I'm pretty eager to see what the two door tail lights will look like on the four door. Can't say I've ever seen it.

I do believe I've seen someone rework the rear and had the coupe tails in.. they def look better rounded out rather than the corner for the sedan..ill see if I can find a snap
