I have a 93/94 crossover Acura integra.

The problem i had to begin with was the car just out of nowhere died and wouldn't turn over. I checked to see if there was spark and there was nothing. so i replaced the distributor and now i have spark. But still the car will not start. The person i have helping me on my car said i should try and get to the ECU unit beacuase he thinks since we installed a new distributor it should be able to start. So i have my repair manual and it says to remove the rear inner quarter panel trim. But i am not finding any areas on the panel in the trunk to be able to take the trim off. Am i looking in the wrong spot???

And if so whats the best way to get this piece of trim off?

Any help here would help i am needing to get this car up and running this weekend.

Ecu is in the front part of the car. Passenger footwell. So you are getting spark. Have You checked to se if you are gettin fuel?

First off, what is a 93/94 cross over? You either have a 93 model or a 94 model. Two totally different bodies.
If its a G2 body the ECU is under the passenger footwell as stated above. If it's a 94, it's located behind the right kick panel in the passenger area.
Are you throwing any codes? Did you get the proper distributor? Do you have the firing order correct?

I think maybe he has a 94, that was produced in 93. Perhaps?
My guess is that you are correct there, but you have to trouble shoot based on the year model, not the production date(most times).
