ya i did a research project on tesla for an EE class, as the battery cells get smaller, they will continue to become more and more impressive.

What's wrong with electric motors on the wheels? Don't some luxury sport exotics already have that? Sounds good to me. But new acuras are way out of my price range. I'm sure this will cost major.

It's been in the works for a while, it will. I've known what it will look like for months.

The power/drivetrain it has isn't that bad. It should just make more power though.

But what ever, I will be content with a NA1.

Fail in every way. They ruined a work of art. Mr. Honda would be very sad to see this. Its an insult to his lifes work. I couldn't be more ashamed to share the same badges on my car. I'm literally sick to my stomach. If they release this at my local dealership, I WILL boycott it.

its cutting edge technology adapted from formula 1. I think Soichiro Honda would be proud as its adapted from Formula 1. lets not forget that Ayerton Senna helped with the original, and from what i can make out from the video they are using a V6, maybe there will be a turbo version which will be adapted from the 2013 (or 2014) regs for Formula 1, it also uses a KERS hybrid system. It has agressive lines and looks futuristic which the NSX at the time was. It fits the name.

What I am most impressed with is the idea of 2 electric motors powering the front wheels individually so that in a turn the outer wheel is programmed to spin faster giving the car a tighter turning radius and giving the driver more ease in turning. That technology is amazing and I'm looking forward to seeing if it works.
All they need to do is keep the weight down, which means I new type of battery hah. Which is tough.

I stand by my statement. Imo its an insult to performance and the passion of driving. Rwd, no power steering, no abs, no ac, powerful motor, light shell, high revs, 5-6 speed manual trans, these are the things that I think of when I think performance. Not electric motors. If I wanted an electric motor, I'd buy a prius. I'm done with these companies ruining classics. First the thunderbird, then the mustake (mustang), camero, charger, challenger, now the nsx??? Its gotta stop, these car were once icons in their day, now theyre controlled by computers that can't process in a minute half the things your mind can in a second. Its taking all the skill out, these cars are on autopilot basically. Wake up people, they are slowly ruining our passion.

The front could use some tweaking to make it less R8ish but the rear looks very attractive; kinda reminds me of the Aston one-77. If the new NSX only has a v6 it's gonna need a turbo and some major tuning if they want to keep their goal of trumping the GTR.
